We’ve dipped into Paris before. For the record, we love wine bars in Paris. Wine is part of the indisputable attraction of Paris. Always on the lookout for something unknown or different we ended up in Oplato just around the corner of Rue de Charonne and Rue Basfroi in Paris’ Bastille district.
